Sergeant — Infantry Squad

The Sergeant is the tactical backbone of the Rustborn Militia's Infantry Squad — the figure that translates doctrine into direct orders under fire, in a world where rank is earned through iron and repetition.

Sculpted in ZBrush at 32mm scale, designed for resin printing. The challenge here was authority through restraint: no implants, no oversized hardware — just a veteran's body language and the accumulated weight of his kit. The right arm extended pointing at a target set the entire composition; every other element had to support that gesture without competing with it. The beret with rank insignia, the dense beard, the recovered-tech rifle — each detail had to read clearly at tabletop distance. The strap and cartridge textures across the belt gave the figure tactical density without cluttering the silhouette. The scenic base — one boot on a rubble block — elevates the figure physically and locks its authority in place.
