Flag Bearer — AfterCore Protocol

The Flag Bearer is the symbolic core of the Rustborn Militia's Command Squad — a silent sentinel who communicates through signals and carries the faction's identity into battle. No words, no orders. Just the standard and what it stands for.

Sculpted in ZBrush at 32mm scale, designed for resin printing. The main technical challenge was the emblem on the standard — a skull over a corroded gear — which had to read clearly at this scale without losing its ritual weight. The heavy coat, multi-lens gas mask and layered tactical straps required careful texture work to sell the contrast between worn organic fabric and improvised metal hardware. Every material tells the same story: reclaimed, functional, built to last.
